We will always endeavour to dispatch orders within 24 hours, however, please allow up to 7 days for delivery as external factors may cause delays.  Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.

Your order will be delivered once:

1. Payment has been approved.
2. The delivery/billing address has been verified.

Charges

Standard rate of £5.95 per order and your order will be sent with the most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight.

Returns

  • You may return goods to us in the post or take them back to the Kimora Womenswear & Shoes Boutique.  Please see below for our refund policy.
  • Customers should keep all documentation for reference or return.
  • All items for return or exchange must have a valid authorisation number issued by Kimora. In order to obtain an authorisation number, please email us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it , or alternatively call us on 01282 699402. Once you have received your authorisation number, please follow the instructions issued to you. Items without an authorisation number maybe returned to the sender.
  • Fill out the returns form enclosed with your order noting whether you would like an exchange or a refund
  • Please take your parcel(s) to your nearest Post Office, we regret that we cannot refund delivery charges.
  • The Post Office should always provide you with a Proof of Postage receipt, we recommend you retain this as it contains the tracking information for your parcel.

All returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt of goods. Any requests made outside 14 days of receipt of goods will be accepted at the discretion of Kimora Womenswear & Shoes.
Your refund credit, or exchange (when in stock) may take up to 2 to 3 weeks after you post the goods back to us. We will e-mail you to confirm your return has been processed.

If items are exchanged in store, please be aware that our store policy will apply. The exchanged items are non refundable and you will have 14 days to exchange or claim a credit note. We will accept items not worn, used or damaged.  All returned goods must arrive with their original packaging and labels attached.  Items returned without their original packaging  will not be accepted.

All items returned as faulty will be subject to inspection. Items deemed to be subject to general wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.

Kimora Womenswear & Shoes advises all customers to check items received carefully before removing any labels and before disposing of any packaging.  We can only exchange an item for the same item in a different size, subject to availability. We are unable to process any exchanges for a completely different item.
